Pour It Out is a recurring evening created for slowing down, showing up, and reconnecting—with yourself and with others. This gathering is an open invitation to pause the noise of everyday life and simply be in community.
Pour It Out is intentionally unstructured and welcoming. Come as you are, stay as long as you’d like, and take part in whatever feels right in the moment—conversation, quiet connection, journaling, creative expression, or just enjoying the atmosphere. There’s no pressure, no performance, and nothing you need to “do” to belong here.
Pour It Out is about creating space to release what you’re carrying and refill with something lighter before you head back out into the world.
